We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled AI professional to join our team. The position will require you to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that drive innovation and improve our company's performance. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers and researchers, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful results.

Job responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
• Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and frameworks
• Develop and deploy AI/ML capabilities across the company through training, best practices, validation, etc.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, roadmaps and deliver solutions according to timelines
• Ensure effective execution of AI research, statistics and data collection.
• Continuously optimize and improve AI models to enhance performance and accuracy
• Communicate technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

• BSc. In computer science, Data Science, or a related field
• Master's or Ph.D. in related field – an advantage
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models and algorithms in real-world applications (in the medical field – an advantage)
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, C++, or another relevant language
• Solid understanding of AI, machine learning and deep-learning libraries, such as Scikit-learn, SciPy, TensorFlow, Pandas, NumPy, PyTorchh, Keras – an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical and algorithmic models as well as of fundamental mathematical concepts, such as linear algebra and probability
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
